The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through implementing and overseeing quality control systems, conducting audits, and managing teams. This role involves analyzing data, collaborating with production to resolve issues, managing documentation, and participating in processes like PPAP and FMEA. The Quality Manager will play a key role in scaling quality processes to support rapid growth while ensuring consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.
