As a Multifamily Community Manager & Leasing Agent at Havenview, you’ll oversee daily community operations, drive leasing efforts, and deliver outstanding resident experience. You’ll manage occupancy, ensure smooth operations, and create long term value for both residents and ownership for our brand new 78 unit Class - A apartment complex.

As a Multifamily Community Manager & Leasing Agent at Havenview, you’ll oversee daily community operations, drive leasing efforts, and deliver outstanding resident experience. You’ll manage occupancy, ensure smooth operations, and create long term value for both residents and ownership for our brand new 78 unit Class - A apartment complex.

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, resident satisfaction, and occupancy goals.
• Market and lease available apartment homes, including conducting tours, managing inquiries, and highlighting community features and amenities.
• Prepare and execute lease documents, renewals, and addendums while ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong resident relationships, responding promptly to concerns and coordinating resolution with maintenance when needed.
• Partner with the maintenance team to ensure apartments and common areas are maintained, move-in ready, and meet company standards.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.
• Track leasing activity, occupancy rates, delinquency, and other KPIs using Yardi or other property management software.
• Manage rent collection, enforce lease terms, and coordinate move-in/move-out processes.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for ownership, including occupancy trends, rent rolls, and expense tracking.
• Support community engagement initiatives to foster a welcoming, connected environment for residents.
