Job Title:

Cook

As a Cook with Mosaic, you’ll be responsible for preparing food items according to a scheduled menu while maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.

What you’ll do
  • Prepare and serve meals to meet the nutritional needs of individuals served.
  • Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food is maintained and served at safe temperatures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by implementing cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Monitor applicable dietary restrictions and changes to ensure accuracy of meals served.
  • Maintain safe and efficient operation of all equipment.

Ideal qualifications
  • A passion to help others.
  • Six months of experience in quantity food preparation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain it if hired.
