Marshfield Clinic - 1622 Walnut Street - Responsibilities:
Prepare, assemble, bake, cook, season, and portion food for patients/residents, staff, and visitors following menu and dietary guidelines;
Adhere to food quality standards of appearance, taste, temperature, and sanitation;
Maintain labeling and proper storage of food, equipment, and machinery;
Ensure sanitation and cleanliness in cooking and serving areas; operate kitchen equipment;
Follow HACCP guidelines and document HACCP steps, temperatures, and outcomes for daily/weekly menus
