Cook I Job - Line Cook

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team at Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack in Ogallala NE as a Cook I. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in food quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

• Prior experience working as a Prep Cook or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for cooking
