As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in our culinary operations, working alongside our Draft Day Manager to create dishes that will delight our guests.

As a Sous Chef at Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and culinary skills in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection. We are looking for a team player who is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service to our guests.

The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated individual with a strong passion for cooking and a keen attention to detail. You must have previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. A culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required.
