METZ CULINARY MANAGEMENT is hiring part-time food service workers for K12 dining at the DuBOIS Area School District. • Assist in the dining services environment, including front and back-of-house duties in cafe, restaurant, or retail areas.
• Prepare, plate, set up, and tear down dining spaces; assist in kitchen tasks such as prep, dish room, dry stock, and perishable item inventories and sanitation.
• Support a team-driven, hospitality-focused service culture with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Culinary Team Members: Engage in front- and back-of-house activities, assist in kitchen operations, and support service in a hospitality-driven multi-dining outlet setting.
• Line and Prep Cooks: Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus; assist with prep, inventory, and sanitation. Prior cooking experience or culinary schooling is preferred, with training available for the right candidate.
• Dietary Aids (Patient Food Service): Ensure in-room meals meet patient dietary instructions with strong hospitality, assist with meal selection, tray setup, delivery, and removal of food trays.

• Experience is desirable, but candidates with a passion for food will be considered for training.
• Ability to apply basic math for inventory and portioning.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed.
• Hospitality-driven mindset and ability to work well in a team.
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the team.

• Background checks and drug screening are required for all employees as part of the on-boarding process.
