Yotel Singapore Orchard Road is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to monitor freshness and preparation of stocks, sauces, and daily garnishes, and to assist in mise-en-place for the following day.
You will handle daily buffet and à la carte prep according to recipe cards, maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times, prevent use of spoiled products, ensure equipment is properly maintained, and coordinate receiving of food orders from the Receiving store, reporting faults to the Executive Chef.
