As an experienced line cook at Driftwood, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your work area.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
• A strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food preparation.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
