Baristas, Kitchen Staff and Shift Managers – Join Just Love Coffee Café

Just Love Coffee Café in Plainview is looking for highly motivated employees to deliver the Just Love experience to every guest served. We are hiring baristas, cooks, shift leads, and management to help us provide excellent coffee, food, and a friendly community atmosphere.

As a barista, cook, or shift manager you will follow procedures from the operations manual, maintain a clean workspace, prepare food and beverages, create a positive guest experience, and support team collaboration. Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing menu items to standards, tracking sales, ensuring food safety, and promoting the brand’s core values of being genuine, excellent, and a catalyst for love.

• Deliver guest service by ensuring the culture of Just Love is delivered every day.
• Prepare food and beverages according to company standards.
• Grow sales through excellent service and community marketing.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the kitchen or front‑of‑house area.
• Track ticket times and help meet targeted service objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures.
• Promote a working environment consistent with Just Love’s core values.

• Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for the coffee and café experience.

• Experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, but not required.

Base pay ranges from $13.00 to $17.00 per hour depending on experience and job title, plus an average pooled tip of $5/hr we offer full‑time and part‑time openings with shifts available every day of the week. Shifts include 4‑hour or 8‑hour options, and are scheduled Monday through Sunday with operating hours 6:30 AM – 9 PM (Mon‑Thu), 6:30 AM – Midnight (Fri‑Sat), 6:30 AM – 8 PM (Sun).
