Position: Parts Associate
Location: Columbus, NE
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Full-Time

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Associate to join our team in Columbus, NE. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and possesses basic automotive knowledge. You'll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily operations.

• Analyze current parts inventory and maintain accurate inventory levels

• Spot-check inventory to ensure physical stock matches computerized records

• Monitor and follow up on back orders

• Make effective decisions to support successful merchandising and inventory management

• Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking, recordkeeping, and parts information

• Work independently, collaboratively with team members, and with vendors

• Lift and move parts and products as needed

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma or GED

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts

• Proficient with computers and inventory systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and web browsers

• Ability to lift and move products

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Professional communication skills with managers, associates, and vendors

• Highly creative with the ability to suggest solutions that support business goals

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
