, a leading retail grocery store in Kimball, NE, is seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join the Legacy Coop team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meat products for our customers.

• Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat products according to customer specifications
• Ensure all meat products are of high quality and meet food safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and answering any questions they may have
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• 2+ years of experience in meat cutting (ideal)
• Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and their preparation methods
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Food handling and safety certification is a plus
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
