Key Holder

Overview

Join Tory Burch as a Key Holder in our retail team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and managing day‑to‑day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales and meet personal sales goals.
• Apply strong selling skills and comprehensive product knowledge to communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy to customers.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the store.
• Support loss prevention and compliance activities as required.

• 2‑4 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
• Demonstrated personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong availability for a flexible work schedule, including nights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Resourceful, collaborative, and mature with a high degree of integrity.

Hourly rate: $17.00 USD.
