You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You've got a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

As part of a vibrant team, you will be the driving force behind ensuring that inventory flows smoothly from the Stockroom to the Sales floor. You’ll handle shipment processing, replenish items, execute markdowns, and manage the overall merchandising strategy.

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain the Stockroom as a clean, organized, and efficient home base, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, collaborate with store leadership, develop a game plan and take action to improve shop displays.
• Support teammates with non‑stock related tasks and assist guests whenever needed.
• Prioritize safety in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor, following Asset Protection standards and all AEO policies and procedures.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
