Front End Checkout associates run our registers. They smile, greet and thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and keep a positive attitude. They are first, last and sometimes the only associate a customer interacts with.

• Scan items, explain prices, and bag items properly.
• Count cash back and process payments accurately.
• Stand for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly.
• Keep the checkout area clean and presentable.
• Answer customer questions and help them with their needs.
• Assist associates across the store as needed.

• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression.
• Gather carts from the parking lot and move them inside the store.
• Operate equipment to move carts and restock inside the store.
• Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
