A brand ambassador who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
Provide exemplary quality of customer service, build repeat clientele and maintain customer relationship
Answer customer enquiries and provide professional feedback according to the brand’s standards
Maintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop interiors, the mannequins and the windows
Assist in daily store operations
JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Nitec, 'N' Level or above
- At least 1-year experience in fashion retail
- Prior exposure in premium fashion brands/ menswear brands is an advantage
- Possess good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability or on short notice highly preferred
- 5 Days workweek, 2 Off days
- $800 Guaranteed Commission for First 3 months
