We are seeking for friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Retail Sales Advisor.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Keeping up to date with the latest watch models from the brands we carry
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process transactions accurately
• Assist inventory management in an efficient manner
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
• Being able to work in a fast paced environment

• Previous retail / customer service experience, particularly in luxury goods & watch industry, is preferred
• Eager to learn and have enthusiasm for luxury watch brands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
