• Source and engage candidates through job portals, networking, and outreach

• Coordinate meetings, follow‑ups, and end‑to‑end placement activities
• Support business growth initiatives and team expansion efforts

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn
• Self-driven, proactive, and results‑oriented
• No experience required — training provided

• Structured mentorship and hands‑on training in recruitment, sales, and communication
