Parts Representative

In this role, you will be responsible for the inventory and sale of parts at the branch location.

• Responsible for growth of parts sales through customer interaction via phone, email, online, and counter sales.
• Calls on large customer accounts to increase sales.
• Responsible to understand and comply with all Branch Parts Policies and Procedures and also for Service Policy and Procedures as it relates to the parts business.

• Must possess an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a parts and/or service environment preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of computers including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
• Must have an insurable driving record and valid driver's license.
