Sales Consultant – Holman Honda Centennial

Holman Honda Centennial is seeking a Sales Consultant to join the team.

• Oversee all aspects of vehicle sales and associated paperwork.
• Greet customers on the sales floor and perform a needs analysis, including make, type, and features desired.
• Explain features and benefits and demonstrate vehicle operation in showroom or on road.
• Research model availability using computer database.
• Work with Sales Managers and Finance & Insurance (F&I) to negotiate sales price, lease payment, including tax, trade‑in allowance, license fee, and discount/rebates.
• Walk the lot and visually inspect inventory.
• Deliver and familiarize the customer with the vehicle.
• Assist Sales Manager with customer problems.
• Negotiate, overcome objections, and close the sale.

• Prior sales or customer service experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Clean driving record or minimal violations.

Commission eligible role with an expected monthly pay range of $3,000–$10,000, plus additional earning potential based on performance.
