Accompanied by a Team Leader and a Sector Manager, you will ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and advice on products tailored to their needs. Your missions include:

• Developing the sales of your department
• Offering complementary solutions and various services
• Supporting the customer in their home improvement projects
• Ensuring a quality self-service: product display, cleanliness of the aisle, facing...
• Contributing to the enhancement of the offer: podiums, windows… And dynamizing the aisle (commercial operations, promotions…)

• Your passion for commerce and teamwork
• Your interest in the products of your sector
• Your taste for challenge
• Your interpersonal skills
• Ideally, your first experience in sales
