Sleep Expert - Sales

Responsibilities

• Elevate and enhance the customer's in‑store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority.
• Provide technical and product knowledge and act as a subject‑matter expert.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Drive individual sales performance and meet or exceed KPIs while demonstrating company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Monitor competitor activity, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull more than 50 pounds.

Competitive pay range of $58,000–$68,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
