• Proactively greet and welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide professional product knowledge and styling advice to drive sales.
• Actively achieve personal and store sales targets, assisting in boosting store performance.
• Responsible for daily store operations: stock replenishment, product display, restocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and repurchase rates.
• Collaborate closely with the team, maintain good communication, and jointly create an efficient and positive sales environment.
• Assist in executing promotional activities and handling customer inquiries or after-sales follow-ups.

• Form 5 / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) or above.
• Fluent in Cantonese, with basic communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in sports goods, footwear, or fashion apparel sales is preferred.
• Basic computer operating knowledge.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Sales Consultant position.
• Cheerful personality, customer-oriented, responsible, and possesses strong teamwork spirit.
• Part‑time requirement:
  Able to work at least 2–3 days per week (including weekends and public holidays).
