Luxury Handbag Sales Specialist

BJ Luxury is a trusted Singapore luxury resale boutique specialising in sought-after Hermès, Chanel and other leading luxury handbags.

From our Orchard Road boutique and e-commerce platform, we serve clients in Singapore and tourists. Our team provides professional guidance on authentication, pricing, valuation and the purchase of desirable luxury pieces, including iconic Hermès Birkin and Kelly bags.

We are looking for a confident, organised and sales-driven Luxury Handbag Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, takes pride in providing excellent service and is comfortable handling both in-store and online enquiries.

• Drive sales and provide a high standard of service in our retail boutique
• Assist Chinese speaking customers in person and through online channels
• Order processing online and offline
• Respond promptly and professionally to Whats App, website and social-media enquiries
• Assist with social media and product listings, and general e-commerce administration

• Previous retail, luxury, fashion or sales experience is preferred
• Hardworking with a strong sales ability with a genuine interest in customer service
• Able to communicate confidently in English and Mandarin to support Chinese speaking clients
• Professional, approachable and well presented
• Comfortable using computers, point of sales system, messaging platforms and social media
• Meticulous, organised and attentive to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing and able to work on Sundays
• Interest in luxury handbags and fashion is an advantage

• Choice of a four-day or five-day work week, including Sundays.
• Monthly salary of S $3,000 to S $3,500 + Commissions depending on experience, working hours and suitability
• Training will be provided on our products, systems and sales processes
