Cable One, operating as Sparklight, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth within our Telecommunications portfolio. In this Sales & Business Development role, you'll manage the full sales cycle for complex enterprise accounts, selling high-speed internet, voice, and video solutions. You'll build strategic relationships with business customers, collaborate closely with Network Engineering on customized solutions, and maintain a robust pipeline through disciplined CRM use.

Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting to close.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and market share.
- Consult with business customers to position Sparklight broadband, voice, and video solutions.
- Lead complex negotiations and manage contract renewals and expansions.
- Collaborate with Network Engineering and Service teams to design customer solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account data in CRM.
- Build long-term executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
