Job Details.
Job Location:
Harvard - Agronomy - 150 - Harvard, NE 68944. Purpose and summary statement:
Sales of all agronomy components within the location.
- Sales of Seed, Fertilizer, Crop Protection, R2G products, Aerial, Yield Advantage, Grid Sampling, Custom Application.
- Service and follow up after all sales.
- Year around Relationship building with the current and prospect customer base.
- Promotion of the Aurora Cooperative as a valued partner to the customer base.
- Inventory management of all products handled.
- Seasonal in-field scouting and visibility on the farm to earn trust and credibility with the customer.
- Class A CDL.
- Haz Mat endorsement.
- High School diploma.
- Associates degree or higher preferred.
- 2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Math Skills.
- Communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
