The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional client experiences through product expertise, personalized styling, and relationship building. This role drives individual and team sales results while supporting store standards and initiatives.
Responsibilities- Deliver personalized customer service, product recommendations, and styling advice.
- Build client relationships and grow business through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while contributing to team results.
- Maintain visual standards, support store initiatives, and help coach and train team members.
- Specialty retail sales experience preferred, particularly in a high-volume or high-profile environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to use digital selling tools, operate a register, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
