Security Officer; TANG Plaza MCST

Responsibilities

• To assist in the enforcement of Tang Plaza, MCST 1673 security procedures, respond to and report security and safety incidents that occur on premises
• Protect the property from wilful damage
• Conduct patrols and static duties to deter and detect any wilful acts to cause damage to the property
• Conduct enforcement duties and checks
• Carry out enforcement duties against traffic violators and regulate both pedestrian and vehicular traffic flow within the premises
• Enforce the safety and house rules of the property
• Conduct crowd control
• Safeguard the safety of contractors/visitors/customers on the property
• Report any building defects when encountered
• Perform any other duties undertaken by the Security Department

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School, "O" Level or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field
• At least two years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably non-executives specializing in security, armed forces, protective services or equivalent
• Must have a valid Security License and Recognized Terrorist Threats Training certificate (RTT)
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
