As a Security Officer Access Specialist in DAKOTA CITY, NE
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location where you will monitor access points, verify credentials, and help deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and routine observation of assigned areas. Pay Rate: $19.72 / Hour

Schedule: Daytime – Mon 04:00 PM–12:00 AM, Fri 04:00 AM–12:00 PM, Sat 08:00 AM–04:00 PM, Sun 08:00 AM–04:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help deter unauthorized access to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting security‑related activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including exterior areas and perimeter points, while observing access control conditions that may vary throughout food and beverage operations.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screening required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
