Position Summary
Serves as the supervisor at the WS&G Sand Creek site (Ashland, NE) to engage in related work as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Education and/or Experience:
- High school education or GED; and
- 3 years previous work-related experience; or
- an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Valid Driver’s License
Skills and Abilities:
- Must possess mechanical aptitude.
- Able to operate with minimal supervision and take initiative to investigate and resolve problems.
- Requires knowledge and use of skills and abilities related to leading a crew of workers including the ability to build a cohesive team to accomplish goals, listen to input provided by crew members and respond appropriately, and communicate information in ways that build trust and support.
- Able to effectively communicate with others and give oral and written instructions. Required to clearly write reports with correct use of language.
- Must be able to lift &/or move up to 50 pounds.
