Concrete Finisher

Construct built-in-place or prefabricated wooden or steel forms for box culverts and other misc. structures. Experience looking at plans.

• Place and finish concrete roads, driveways, median, sidewalks, curbs, bridge decks and other concrete structures.
• Level and screed concrete.
• Grouting and repairing concrete.
• Achieve different concrete finishes.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Help set up concrete pours (final grade adjustment and form setting).
• Perform physical work as a concrete finisher and assist crews as necessary.
• Abide by all company regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Educational requirements:
  
  High school/GED and minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Job is physically intense and requires bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, twisting, standing, and carrying over 50 lbs.
• Ability to effectively work with all levels of personnel and management.
• Self-motivated and able to work productively with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid Nebraska driver’s license.
• Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule.
