The Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Helper assists mechanics in maintaining and repairing airport service equipment. This entry‑level role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the aviation services industry.

• Assist mechanics with repairs and troubleshooting on gas/diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and more.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and cleaning equipment.
• Help track and document preventative maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, ensuring tools and parts are readily available.

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain airport security clearance, including a thorough 10‑year background check.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg) regularly, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather types, around machinery noise.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Hourly rate: $20/hr - $21/hr on‑job training, advancement opportunities, safety incentive bonuses, and a supportive team environment.
