Advance Services Inc - 4407 2nd Avenue - Responsibilities:
Set welding machine voltage and wire speed for proper fusion of metals following standard work methods and detailed drawings;
Produce complex welded assemblies to close tolerances where considerable knowledge and skill in the field of welding are required;
May include working with robotic gas welding equipment;
Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on welding equipment to ensure proper working order;
Inspect welds for defects such as weld spatter, rough welds, missing welds and sharp corners/edges
