- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking a Roll-off Driver
- Ash & Trucks to perform industrial labor and other physically demanding work outdoors under potentially adverse conditions, as well as within the facility/plant work environment. This entry‑level, full‑time position offers a NEW wage, $26.50 Hourly Pay with OT along with career growth and advancement opportunities. We are searching for a safety‑oriented and reliable individual to join our team in Kimball, NE.
Must have Yellow‑Iron HEO payloader, front/back‑end loader experience and 4/12‑hour rotating (6a‑6p days/6p‑6a nights) shifts per week.

- Operates industrial equipment, including but not limited to forklift
- Performs general labor throughout the facility to prepare materials for the incineration process
- Ensures the safety of him or herself as well as those around them
- Performs manual tasks such as cleaning up spills when necessary while taking all safety precautions necessary to prevent injury
- Follows all standard operating procedures
- Other duties as required
- High school diploma or equivalent – required
- Valid US DL – no CDL required! 100% onsite driving
- Previous experience with industrial or manual labor
- Yellow‑Iron Equipment Operation experience HEO:
Payloader, backhoe, front/back‑end loader etc. - Roll‑off, Class A CDL driving experience
- Ability to work in adverse environments (cold/heat)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- DOT Training
- Proficiency in Windows‑based applications
- Climb on and off forklifts
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. from the ground to your waste
- Climb up and down vertical ladders
- Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force
- 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected – depth perception is critical
- 10 push‑ups, deep knee squats and sit‑ups (to determine if fit)
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Punctuality and attendance consistent
- Respirator fit test upon hire – clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
- An excellent commitment to health and safety
- Accountability; punctuality
- Background check, drug screen and physical – required
- Must work rotating shifts (days/nights)
- Valid US DL – required
- Updated resume including most recent employer – required for consideration

Pay Range: $12.98 – $25.96 Hourly
