Seasonal Property Caretakers Wanted
Are you a handy problem solver with a sense for service? As a property caretaker with us, you will play an important role in creating safe, comfortable, and well-maintained outdoor environments for our tenants. We are now looking for two seasonal property caretakers to join our team in Malmö!
Main duties:
- Outdoor maintenance – tasks such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed clearing, litter picking, and care of plantings and plants
- Care of the property’s other common areas such as stairwells, basements, laundry rooms, and waste management areas
- Supervision and simpler repairs of playgrounds and garage and parking areas
Your profile:
- Previous experience in property, garden, or green space maintenance
- Communicates fluently in Swedish, verbally and in writing
- B-driving license
We are looking for someone who likes to work outdoors and is a good problem solver. We would like to see that you have experience in a similar service, or alternatively, you are at the end of your property technology training and want a rewarding seasonal job as a start to your career. You thrive with responsibility, like to get involved, and want to help develop the residential area on multiple levels.
