Mechanic Truck Position

AGRI TEAM is looking for a mechanic truck for its client in the Soppe-le-Bas area:

You will join a family-owned business that has been around for over a century and has diversified and evolved while maintaining its values of proximity, service, and performance.

Your duties will include:

• Supporting the current mechanic as a team member.
• Maintaining the fleet of trucks and vans and the silo.
• Being a backup for the silo director to ensure business continuity.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and vans (oil changes, diagnostics, overhauls, work on brakes and suspensions).
• Preparing trucks for technical inspections.
• Participating in the maintenance of the silo.
• In the absence of the silo director, managing the loading of trucks, starting the bagging machine, and overseeing daily operations.
• Collaborating daily with the current mechanic and the silo director.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience as a truck and light vehicle mechanic.

A heavy-duty driver's license would be beneficial for truck inspections.

Ability to take initiative and adapt.

Team spirit and attention to detail.

Versatility, independence, and a sense of responsibility.

The offered conditions include:

Full-time permanent contract for 39 hours per week.

Salary: 3000 to 3500 euros gross per month.
