Ag Service Technician
21st Century Equipment LLC is hiring an experienced Ag Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment in a professional dealership environment. Compensation: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour. Additional earning opportunities include overtime premiums, on-call bonus eligibility, and a production-based incentive plan.

Responsibilities:
As an Ag Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and recondition agricultural equipment; perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; utilize diagnostic software and specialized tools; maintain safety standards in shop and field environments; complete accurate repair documentation; and participate in ongoing technical training, including John Deere systems and diesel technologies.
Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience, ability to operate vehicles and diagnostic equipment, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, ability to work in varying weather conditions, and a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
John Deere University (JDU) training, 10+ years of agricultural equipment experience, and prior experience with a John Deere dealership.
