Landscape Installation Specialist
JB's Landscapes & Lawn Care is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, motivated person to join our team! We're hiring a full-time Landscape Installation Specialist. No previous landscaping experience is required — we're willing to train the right person. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and want to learn a skilled trade, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Install paver patios and walkways
- Build retaining walls
- Install rock and mulch
- Plant trees, shrubs, and other landscape plants
- Perform general landscape installation duties
- Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
- Provide friendly, professional service to our customers
What We're Looking For:
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
- Valid driver's license required
- Previous landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required
