Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical systems and equipment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team are essential for this role.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and structures to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance as required.
• Participate in the installation, relocation, and setup of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and labor hours.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete complex repairs and maintain safety protocols.
• Follow all safety guidelines and practices to ensure a safe working environment for self and others.
• Maintain tools and work area in a clean and organized manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in maintenance work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfort working in confined spaces, at heights, and in various environmental conditions.
