SUMMARY

• Ability to interpret accurately for any management or personnel staff.
• Must be able to interpret for any team members who are non-English speaking.
• Ability to interpret documents accurately from English to TBA or vice versa.
• Must be able to assist the dispensary staff with physicals and doctor appointments, including interpretation for any non-English-speaking team members at the doctors office.
• Any other tasks or miscellaneous duties deemed appropriate by the supervisor.

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Good general knowledge of the production areas and management personnel. Skilled in accurate interpretation. Must be able to communicate translate effectively in verbal and written format between English and TBA and translate written documents. Confidentiality is a must.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Basic PC skills preferred. Primarily Microsoft Windows XP Professional programs such as Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft Office programs.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Must be capable of communicating well both verbally and in writing with all levels of team members from hourly to upper management as well as government officials.
• Special
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to drive a company vehicle. Must carry a valid driver's license. Class D Chauffeurs License is preferred.
• Other Requirements: Good attendance safety and all-around work record. Attendance level of no more than 6 points. No written warning within the last 6 months.
• Resume must be attached to qualify.

All Tyson Team Members are responsible for safety. This includes but is not limited to personal safety and food safety.
