Autism at Work Program at SAP

This application is for individuals from the autism spectrum who wish to participate in SAP's Autism at Work program. The program supports you in your entry and accompanies you in your search for a suitable position.

Please note that there are no exclusive positions for candidates from the Autism at Work program, so you must also apply for our generally advertised positions after a successful introductory conversation.

Our Autism at Work program offers targeted support during the application process and in everyday work. The aim is to support people from the autism spectrum in using their individual strengths in a suitable environment. Objectives of the program:

• Promotion of professional participation and inclusion
• Raising awareness and training of teams
• Creation of clear structures and individual adjustments
• Support offers

During the application: help with understanding the requirements, structured communication, support by the Autism at Work team

In everyday work: individual provisions (e.g., noise reduction, flexible hours, visual structuring), mentoring, exchange with other Autism at Work colleagues

Company areas:
Positions are generally possible in all areas. Current focuses lie in software development, quality management, service & support – but other fields of expertise are also welcome.

Required prerequisites for the application:

• Autism diagnosis (clinically confirmed)
• Education or study (STEM or relevant, other degrees possible depending on the position)
• Good German and English language skills
• Residence near an SAP location or willingness to relocate
