Location: Kenesaw
Accura Health Care of Kenesaw is seeking a Social Services Designee to join our team. This role focuses on addressing residents' social, emotional, and psychological needs from admission to discharge, with education on aging and Resident Rights.
You will participate in interdepartmental teams (IDT, QAPI) and contribute to a person-centered care environment in our 76-bed SNF in Kenesaw, NE. A bachelor’s in social work is preferred; full-time, 8:00–4:30, $23/hour with benefits.
