Nestled in the scenic heart of southwest Nebraska, Enders Lake Golf Course offers a welcoming and competitive environment for golfers of all ages and skill levels. We're seeking a dynamic, service-driven PGA Professional to lead our golf operations, elevate player development, and foster a thriving golf community.

• PGA Member or Associate in good standing (preferred but not required)
• Proven experience in tournament and league coordination
• Strong instructional background, especially with junior golfers
• Familiarity with club repair tools and techniques
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Passion for growing the game and building community

• Tournament & League Management
  • Organize, promote, and execute club tournaments and seasonal leagues, Golf Genius experience preferred
  • Ensure smooth operations, accurate scoring, and memorable player experiences
  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality events
• Golf Instruction & Player Development
  • Provide private and group lessons to golfers of all skill levels
  • Develop and lead junior golf programs with energy, creativity, and care
  • Promote game improvement and enjoyment through structured coaching
• Junior Golf Leadership
  • Champion youth engagement through camps, clinics, and outreach
  • Serve as a mentor and role model for junior players
  • Build relationships with local schools and organizations to grow participation
• Merchandise Sales & Pro Shop Operations
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and sales strategies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Monitor trends and tailor offerings to member and guest preferences
• Club Repair Services
  • Provide expert club repair including regripping, reshafting, loft/lie adjustments, and basic diagnostics
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and track service requests
  • Educate members on equipment care and performance optimization
• Community Outreach & Sponsorship
  • Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and civic groups to promote golf and community engagement
  • Develop sponsorship opportunities for tournaments, junior programs, and facility upgrades
  • Represent Enders Lake Golf Course at community events and regional golf associations
  • Create collaborative programs that connect golf with broader community initiatives
