• Dispatching and coordinating Providence Trucking CDL drivers/loads
• Communicate/coordinate with carriers for shipments inbound and outbound, being a broker for Green Cover
• Oversee Transfer Orders from multiple Green Cover sites to help manage inventory
• Quotes for Shipping options for the Sales team to provide to customers
• Generate and monitor weekly and monthly metrics for shipping rates, value, and time
• Maintain compliance of Providence Trucking requirements including filing all government documents(IFTA, IRP)
• Work with Fleet manager to add and remove commercial trucks and trailers
• Generate packing/loading plan for FTL
• Collaborate with other departments to align logistics strategies with company goals
• Manage the workflow & processes in the Transportation Management System(TMS)
• Coordinate and support the transportation of biological products for Ark Biome
• All other duties as assigned

• U.S. Citizen or authorized worker
• 2 year degree or equivalent work experience.
