School Bus Driver

Part‑time School Bus Driver – Conestoga, NE

First Student is recruiting part‑time drivers to serve local schools. New drivers with no prior experience will receive paid CDL training.

• A split shift: early‑morning before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off with free hours in between.
• A guaranteed shift each school day; no overnight or weekend work unless requested.
• Additional hours may be earned through trips and charters when available.

• $21 per hour starting wage, based on experience.
• $750 bonus if the Certified Driver's License (CLP) is presented within 7 days of completing the virtual CLP class.
• $250 bonus if the CLP is presented within 14 days of completing the virtual CLP class.
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus for experienced drivers; $500 sign‑on bonus for new drivers.
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits; 401(k) retirement savings plan (benefits may vary by location).
• Paid CDL training offered.
• Child‑Ride‑Along program for working parents.

• Part‑time schedule desired.

• Minimum age 21.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Citizenship or lawful work status required.
