Job Title & Compensation
CDL-A Home Weekly – Regional Conestoga
Average weekly pay: $1,500–$1,800 (based on production), with a 27% fleet bonus increasing to 30% for higher production.
Home weekly schedule: average of 48 hours at home.
Requirements- Minimum 6 months of CDL‑A driving experience.
- No DUI, DWI, or OWI convictions in the past 5 years.
- No drug‑related criminal activity in the past 5 years.
- No drug or alcohol activity while operating a commercial motor vehicle.
- Driving experience: 6 months required; CDL: 6 months required.
- Preferred:
Flatbed experience.
Full‑time solo or company driver, dedicated flatbed route, regional.
Work location:
on the road.

Military encouraged. No degree required.
