Job DescriptionHershey Public Schools operates five daily bus routes and several activity trips each school year. Regular bus routes run twice a day and are paid $58.00 for one route or $116.00 for both routes that a driver operates daily. Typical route hours are from 6:50 – 7:50 AM and 3:15 – 4:30 PM. Drivers must possess the ability to obtain school bus certification licensure. CDL + endorsements trainings are paid for by the district.
Activity drivers are paid $22.00 per hour for each hour that they are away on activity trips. Benefits include up to single BCBS health/dental insurance, retirement, sick leave and paid holidays. This position is subject to a veteran’s preference. Hershey Public Schools is an EOE.
