School Bus Driver

Position

NRT Bus, Inc. – School Bus Driver (Part Time) – Wakefield, MA

• Pay: $33 - $35/hour
• Paid CDL training: $20/hour
• Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour
• Schedule:
  
  Parttime, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only. No nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours.

• Paid CDL training – no experience required.

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies.

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain – we train).
• Valid DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one).
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening.
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written).
