School Bus Dispatcher / Driver / Charter Coordinator

Harlow's School Bus Services is seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Dispatcher / Driver / Charter Coordinator to join our transportation team. This is a dynamic position that combines dispatching, school bus driving as needed, and coordinating charter and activity trips. • Coordinate daily school bus routes and driver assignments.
• Respond to driver, school, and parent concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with drivers using radio and phone systems.
• Assist with emergency situations and transportation changes.

• Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities.
• Follow all company policies, state regulations, and safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and school staff.

• Schedule charter and activity trips for schools and community groups.
• Confirm transportation details with customers.
• Coordinate vehicle and driver availability for charter services.
• Ensure trip paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and school personnel.

• CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements preferred (or willingness to obtain with paid training).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
