At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Order Picker to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Pinchbeck. This role involves selecting and preparing products for customer orders in a busy warehouse environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while meeting daily targets.

• Locate items using pick lists or RF scanners.
• Check quantities and product quality.
• Pack orders correctly and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Must-have requirements for Order Picker:

• Good physical fitness – standing, walking, lifting, and moving items for long hours.
• Attention to detail – picking the correct products and quantities.
• Basic English and numeracy skills – reading labels, orders, and using scanners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork skills – working well with supervisors and colleagues.
• Time management – meeting picking targets and deadlines.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Health and safety awareness.

Desirable requirements for Order Picker:

• Flexibility with shifts and overtime.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse equipment.
